Who is Jesus?

Jesus is the Savior of Mankind, born approximately in the year zero on December 25th, crucified at 33 years old and resurrected by God the Heavenly Father on the third day.

Who God the Father says He is
Matthew 3:17 And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with Him I am well pleased.”

Who Jesus says He is
John 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. 7 If you really knew me, you would know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.”

Who Peter said He is
Matthew 16:15 & 16 “But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?”
Simon Peter answered, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”

Who Paul said He is
Acts 17:2 & 3 As his custom was, Paul went into the synagogue, and on three Sabbath days he reasoned with them from the Scriptures, 3 explaining and proving that the Christ had to suffer and rise from the dead. “This Jesus I am proclaiming to you is the Christ, ” he said. 4 Some of the Jews were persuaded and joined Paul and Silas, as did a large number of God-fearing Greeks and not a few prominent women.

Who the angels say He is
Luke 2:9 – 12 An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. 10 But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. 11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord. 12 This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.”

Who the demons say He is
Luke 4:33 & 34 In the synagogue there was a man possessed by a demon, an evil spirit. He cried out at the top of his voice, “Ha! What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are–the Holy One of God!”

Who the prophets said He is
Isaiah 6:1 – 3In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord seated on a throne, high and exalted, and the train of his robe filled the temple. 2 Above him were seraphs, each with six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying. 3 And they were calling to one another:
“Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty;
the whole earth is full of his glory.”

Who King David said He is
Psalm 16:8 I have set the LORD always before me.
Because he is at my right hand,
I will not be shaken.
Psalm 62:6 He alone is my rock and my salvation;
he is my fortress, I will not be shaken.
